{"id":5308,"date":"2019-06-17T08:55:33","date_gmt":"2019-06-17T00:55:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wahtn.org\/?p=5308"},"modified":"2019-06-17T08:55:33","modified_gmt":"2019-06-17T00:55:33","slug":"national-palliative-care-project-grant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old-website.retprogram.org\/wahtn\/2019\/06\/17\/national-palliative-care-project-grant\/","title":{"rendered":"National Palliative Care Project Grant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Palliative Care Projects aim to improve the quality of palliative care service delivery in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The objectives of the grant are to support nationally focused projects for the target population groups which:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve the quality of and access to palliative care service skill development for service providers<\/li>\n<li>Improve the quality of palliative care service delivery in community and acute care settings<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen understanding and increase uptake of advance care planning<\/li>\n<li>Improve knowledge and community awareness of palliative care and<\/li>\n<li>Improve the collation and dissemination of palliative care information across the sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Successful projects could receive funding from $300,000.
