Raine Visiting Professor Awards<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

These Awards facilitate the visit of distinguished scholars to Western Australia for the purpose of advancing medical research. Nominations are invited for\u00a02019 and are open to medical researchers from academic\u00a0institutions or affiliated medical research\u00a0institutions in Western Australia.<\/p>\n

Charter Hall Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar Award<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

This Award facilitates the visit of a high-achieving postdoctoral research scholar\u00a0who is in the early stages of their career,\u00a0for the purpose of advancing medical research.\u00a0Nominations are invited for\u00a02019\u00a0and are open to medical researchers from academic\u00a0institutions or affiliated medical research\u00a0institutions in Western Australia.<\/p>\n

Healy Research Collaboration Awards<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

These\u00a0Awards are for early-career researchers\u00a0in Western Australia to establish and develop research collaborations, both nationally and internationally, to seek a better understanding of the cause and treatment of human disease.\u00a0A maximum of $30,000 shall be available for each Award.<\/p>\n

Cockell Research Collaboration Awards<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

These\u00a0Awards are for researchers\u00a0in Western Australia\u00a0from early-career, mid-career, to senior scientists, to develop research collaborations that investigate the cause and treatment of mental illness. A maximum of $30,000 shall be available for each Award.<\/p>\n

BrightSpark Research Collaboration Awards<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

These\u00a0Awards are for early-career researchers\u00a0in Western Australia, to develop research collaborations\u00a0that investigate the cause and treatment of childhood illness and disease. A maximum of $30,000 shall be available for each Award.<\/p>\n

Raine Research Prize<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

This Prize is awarded for the best scientific paper arising from research undertaken by an early-career medical researcher\u00a0in Western Australia. The\u00a0successful applicant will receive a travel allowance to the value of $5,000 and a medallion.<\/p>\n

Strachan Memorial Prize<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

This Prize is awarded to a Western Australian early-career\u00a0clinical scientist\u00a0for the most outstanding\u00a0scientific paper that may translate medical science into better health outcomes. The successful\u00a0applicant will receive a travel allowance to the value of $5,000 and a medallion.<\/p>\n
